In Sindh, breaches at various points in M.N.V. drain has diverted the pressure of floodwaters towards Tehsil Johi and the seventy percent population of the city has shifted to Kachho.
Forty percent residents of Daddu have also moved to Hyderabad and other cities in view of ensuing threat. The floodwaters have so far inundated over six hundred villages in Daddu, Mehrr, Khairpur nathan shah and Johi. More than fourteen breaches occurred in M.N.V. drain could not be plugged so far and the breach in Superio bund near Mehrr has widened to 150 feet.
