The Islamabad high court has admitted for hearing a petition filed for taking action against persons responsible for Lal Masjid operation.
The Petitioner Khalid Khawaja has pleaded for placing the names of all the persons responsible for the Lal Masjid operation on exit control list. Former President Pervez Musharraf, former Interior Minister Aftab Ahmed Sherpao along with other police and civil administration officials have been made respondents in the petition. The chief justice of the Islamabad high court will hear the petition tomorrow. Earlier the petition was returned after raising objections as a relevant matter was already pending in the Supreme Court.
